Knowledge Organisers
Knowledge Organisers identify the key learning in helping children know where they are heading in their scientific learning. All Knowledge Organisers contain key facts or information for the topic being covered and a glossary of the main technical vocabulary needed. Information may be communicated through text, pictures, diagrams, photos, symbols etc.
Throughout each topic, children use a range of working scientifically skills. Learning these skills allow the children to become super scientists! Using these skills, children carry out different types of scientific enquiry. These may be identified on the Knowledge Organisers through the Science and Engineering Education Research and Innovation Hub (SEERIH) scientific enquiry symbols.
