Simply leave your child’s name, class and reason for absence. Medical Appointments
If your child has a medical appointment eg; hospital, opticians, dentist, please provide written proof to the school office before the date of the appointment. Failure to do this may result in the absence being unauthorised. Where possible please try to make non urgent appointments outside of school hours.
