History Club 

Each year, we run a KS1 and a KS2 History club. We recognise that some children have a passion for History and wanted to offer and extra activity that would help them to flourish and 'Live Life in all its Fullness'. The children are able to research and explore significant historical figures (chosen by them) in more depth, following their own journey of learning. 

History Club's Trip to Bedworth's Excavation Site

As part of an exciting opportunity, the KS2 History Club were invited to visit an excavation site in our local area. Persimmons Homes contacted us and told us that when foundations were being laid they uncovered artefacts from both Medieval times and Roman. The children were able to look at the excavation sites, ask questions to a real archaeologist and hold artefacts found in the ground.
